NRI worked on two groups of Housing Schemes comprising of 144 and 136 Houses in Group I and II including internal and external development works for Executive Engineer Delhi Development Authority in Sarita Vihar. An appreciable construction project for Delhi Development Authority was done by NRI on the site of the Trans Yamuna Area at Trilok Puri. The project consisted of G+ 3 storeyed structures resting on Raft foundation, included all the internal services and was fully completed and delivered within defined timelines of 24 months.
The Construction work of these 4 storeyed Quarters for the Wazirabad Water Works Department was beautifully done by NRI. The total executed job work was completed in a time frame of one year and consisted of G+3 storeyed structures supported on isolated footings and included services like water supply and sanitary works.
This project was delivered by NRI for the Staff of Indian Agriculture Research Institute Pusa. The construction of this project is a fine example of creating high standards in affordable housing schemes. Also, NRI received approbation for its quality and timely completion and is considered to be amongst the initial housing projects in the History of NRI.
